the new me chapter 7

Connor immediately flash steps away in frustration. 'SHIT, what now zeztuz?' Connor asked to himself 'we need to retreat, NOW!' Right when their conversation finished another wave of black nearly smacked Connor.

Josh notices how vulnerable Connor was. He bends down in a leaping stance, but Oscar notices, he disappears for a split second only to reappear in front on josh. "I told you to not worry, take care of juan." Oscar orders to josh. "Let me help you" josh replies as he grabs Oscar's shoulder.

"No nee-" Oscar was interrupted by his senses. He shoves josh to the side only to see a bolt of lightning in his place. 'Oh shit' josh thought.

Josh gets back up seeing Oscar in Connor's direction. Oscar turns his neck and orders to josh "Get your brother to a hospital, get yourself checked as well. You don't look so good either." "fine" josh replies.

Josh flash steps towards Juan, he's ready to pick him up. Juan clings to his brother shirt. "If this place goes down, get the bag of gems, hilt, my laptop, and the revealing dagger." Juan tells him this as he passes out. "FUCK MAN" josh yells. He runs upstairs to get the items.

Oscar appears right behind Connor. Grabbing the hood of his hoodie, he pulls him down with a driving force. Connor couldn't move due to the excruciating pain he lies on the floor. Oscar falls down with his blade pointed right between where his eyes meet "Connor why would you do this, after all this time, we accepted you and helped you out." Oscar asked him. Oscar was blinded by a bright light. He feels his necked being gripped. His back against the wall. He opens his eyes to see Connor holding him up with his left hand while having a pole of pure lightning in his other hand. "Revenge" Connor replies "that doesn't make any sense" Oscar says to Connor's answer. "THEY KILLED MY PARENTS AND LEFT ME TRAUMATIZED" Connor yells at Oscar face to face. "They didn't help them, you out of all people should know this" Connor continued.

A jolt of memories flooded through his mind. Oscar couldn't move, he just stood there......frozen. 'So you and i are identical?' madness asks in Oscar's fragile mind. 'Yes' Oscar replies.

'I don't know how much longer i can keep this strength' zeztuz exclaims. 'No need' connor replies.
He pushes Oscar down still in shock. "Good luck man, your the only thing that's keeping me away from revenge and rule." he throws the bolt of lightning to the roof of the basement, hitting a thin pillar. The structure itself was weak to make a massive hole revealing the night sky. Connor leaps out of the building. The building started to cave in.

'Oscar...?" madness asked. No response. 'OSCAR GET UP NOW' still nothing. Madness had to take control. Rocks and metal plates fell on top of him.
He blasts the stuff out of the way with a flick of his finger. He leaps out of the building where connor did. He overshoots it by landing on Connor's wind shield of his camaro.

Josh drags Juan put of the building "hey, you alright?" josh kept on asking juan repeatedly. 'The damn emergency clinic is too far too walk.' he spots Connor's camaro. "Well look at that" josh says to himself. He slowly drops Juan. Josh opens the bag revealing the items as well as the brothers weapons.  He pulls out his silver knuckles, he puts it on, and immediately punches the side door to the camaro. 'How the hell did i get stronger?' josh asks as he enters the car with his brother.

Minutes pass by josh finally got the car jump started. He slowly backs out. He stops immediately to see the shop fall and cave in on itself. "Oh Juan you are not gonna like this when u wake up" josh says to himself. "Too late" Juan saying that right next to josh. "AH....WHAT THE SHIT MAN" josh was startled but relieved to see his brother okay. He hugs him immediately. "Whoa this is new" juan accepts the hug. "Look up there" juan says as he notices a light blue light flying out of the shop. "Look something else flying out from there" josh says. "Yea.....in our direction too" juan replies. "I wonder what it i- " josh was interrupted by Oscar's body hitting the wind shield. "AHHHHH" the brothers said in unison. "No no no no" josh said. "WE KILLED HIM." Oscar rose up with a pale body....all white. "This is it brother.....we're gonna die now" Juan says to josh. Madness walked over to the broken window. "FUCKING TAKE US TO THE HOSPITAL NOW." "you're not going to kill us?" josh asked. "Nah you seem too important to Oscar" madness says as he enters the car. He sits down in the back. All silence...."so......nice moonlighting here." madness says.


They drove to the clinic in awkward silence.
